BEER/WINE PERMISSION FORM As an educational organization, EF discourages alcohol consumption on tour. Your Group Leader, however, is allowing travelers of legal drinking age in destination countries to consume one glass of wine or beer under their supervision during meals. If you, as parent/guardian, wish to allow your traveler under the age of 21 to consume one glass of wine or beer during meals, you must sign this consent form. Excessive drinking by any traveler of any age will result in disciplinary action including dismissal from the tour at the parent/guardian’s expense. Consumption of hard alcohol is strictly forbidden.
